Delivery and Return Policy

DELIVERY INORMATION

All deliveries are handled through Royal Mail. Orders placed before 11:59 AM on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be processed the next working day.

Please Note: Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.

UK Delivery
You can choose your delivery speed at checkout, with the option to upgrade for faster service. Our standard Royal Mail 48 delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, but please note this is not guaranteed and may occasionally be delayed by the courier.

International Delivery (excluding EU)
Our standard international service is Royal Mail Tracked International. For faster delivery, you can choose an expedited option at checkout, and the seller will dispatch your order using either UPS or DHL, depending on availability. 

Please note: If your order is being shipped outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may be required to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and the seller is not liable for any additional fees incurred.

 

RETURN & REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. After inspection, if approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Personalised Items
We cannot accept returns or cancellations on personalised items, as they are custom-made specifically for you.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return costs if requested. You may be asked to provide photos of the issue.

Refund Processing
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Limitations on Liability
We are not liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience, or indirect damages related to the goods. Our liability is limited to the refund under these conditions.
